Hair Reformation was created in 2010 by Natalie Solotes, a hair hustle powerhouse that wanted to bring her philosophy of hair to the Buffalo scene. The salon was designed with an open concept in mind so all clients feel a part of the magic at HR. The aesthetic is unlike anything in this area, breathing beach-y fresh air into the lungs of the constant growing and evolution of Western New York.

Natalie has conceptualized and dreamed of opening her own salon since she was first immersed in the Industry and with the help of her fiancé Shaant, it all became a reality. Shaant helped inspire and created much of the unique visual aesthetic.

Hair is everything to the Hair Reformation owner, stylist, and colorist. After 15+ years of industry experience with training from New York City, Los Angeles, Toronto, and more, Natalie truly lives and breathes her passion daily with her skills in Coloring, Cutting, Styling and Mist Treatments.

The name and brand Hair Reformation speaks to her philosophy of always learning and growing, something she pours into her curated education which she shares with the other artists of her salon.

Her pure and natural approach to clients hair, reminiscent of the sun-kissed and youthful style from the west coast. Less is more when it comes to hair that looks and feels effortlessly you. When clients sit in Natalie’s chair, they know they are being taken care of.
